  • 09:01 Extraordinary. The trains are all packed but the streets of London are quieter than I have ever seen them. Did anyone watch "Survivors"? #
  • 19:11 Here at the London Divisional contest, the level of excitement has reached almost to fever pitch already. The show is about to begin. #
  • 19:32 First motivational speech was "The courage to go bare". Not at all bad. #
  • 19:40 Second speech: "Two words" - a cautionary tale about financial crime and how possibly there might be some good coming from it afterwards. #
  • 19:49 Third one: "It's your own fault" Or is it? A speech that tells how we can't change things, but we can change our reactions to them. #
  • 20:05 Next: "Control freak", a cautioanry story about how to deal with the issues brought about by a family torn apart by manic depression. #
  • 20:08 Final: "Dreams and reality" - by perseverance, we can all follow our dream and make it become a reality. That's the story in Sarah's speech. #
