Back here, we have done some washing, played some petanque, played some solo whist, done some of the usual things of life and bought some shoes for the boys. Its all go. The mundane day to day realities seem a sharp contrast to the excitement and adventure of a holiday. Mind you, day to day life is also subbstantially cheaper. This morning we have a combined service at 9am in the hall because the wood in the church is being treated for something or other. This means we need to be on our way in less than an hour. The only person up so far is me, and as I'm typing this, rather than getting ready, I'm no better than the rest of them in this respect.
