Who is to blame for The Economist?

It used to arrive regularly on Tuesday, already rather late, but now I don't see it till Wednesday most weeks. Although my sub includes net access, it's much more convenient to read the dead tree version. That is also why the so-called paperless office is impossible. People prefer dead tree versions. Tonight was the last night of our speech-craft course, and lots of fun for everybody. Tomorrow, I get to be the general evaluator, a task I quite enjoy. Meanwhile, it is again very late as I post this.
