Another day

It was warm today, with no rain. However, there was rain elsewhere in the region. Indeed, keen runners at lunchtime encountered thunder and lightning.
I wandered up Dixon Street to try to find a place that still sells gramophone needles. No luck, sadly.
Most of the afternoon studying a working paper about retail exposures from the Models Taskforce of the Basel Committee. Can't believe it's going to excite many of the people reading this.
Viv called to say they were at Te Papa, so I met them there and we drove home. It's always an educational experience to drive through the rush-hour traffic, as it reminds me why I catch the train.
