Tuesday was the day that we went to Liverpool. Viv bought some painting supplies; I gave blood. Viv paid for a cup of coffee with money; I paid for one with blood. Though Viv did point out that she had paid for some with hair the day before.
Wednesday morning. Not the most significant thing was my going to Manchester to talk to some people who hope to give direction to life and career, for a price. After a night staying at the Airport Hilton, I'm now about to set off for an interview with a recruitment agency in Altrincham, who believe that a position in Risk Management will shortly become available, and that I am suited for it.
Let's wait and see. In a few minutes I will be setting off from the hotel to go to Terminal One's Burger King, thereby saving the enormous cost of a hotel breakfast.
