The flight to London was utterly uneventful. I'm now at Heathrow, where the walk from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 took up some time, as had waiting for the baggage from Manchester. The Air NZ checkin was efficient but bogged by so many people there. Still, I'm now checked in as far as Los Angeles and I've got rid of the purple suitcase for the time being. I might have a chance to get a bite to eat somewhere before disappearing off to the boarding area, but as I've just stuffed some money into one of these machines, I'll get my money's worth first. I'll be wanting to check that Viv's flight is on time and see if anyone has sent me any other email. That's about it. There's not much else happens, but I seem to want to keep on entering things whenever I pass an internet area. Viv seems to be the same. Maybe one day we'll talk the boys into doing the same, and then we'll have a complete-ish family history.
