Today we got up far too late, had a very fine breakfast at the W=A and then went off to the Empire State Building. In a nutshell: amazing queues followed by amazing views! Then we went to look at the WTC site. There wasn't much there: what struck me the most was the subway station concourse: enormous and practically empty, rather than a bustling major intersection.
Then it was back to the W=A by subway, followed by a trip to JFK in a very elegant stretch limousine. From there, checkin, dinner and a late start to the flight, but now we are airborne, Connexion by Boeing is doing its stuff for me. The service will outlast my batteries.
